There is no return for digital download products.
If a physical product received by you is faulty or has been damaged in shipment, it will be at the discretion of Sip Knit Yarn to authorise a replacement product or a refund. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the "Contact Us" page in our website and include full details of the problem. The decision will be made as promptly as possible and should be within 48 hours of Sip Knit Yarn being made aware of the issue.
Sip Knit Yarn will provide authorisation and instructions in a return email. Packing and posting the item for return is the customer responsibility and cost. Replacement products will be shipped via standard shipping promptly, and usually within 48 hours. Refunds will be processed promptly, and usually within 48 hours.

Sip Knit Yarn accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring to goods in transit on return to us. We suggest using a service that provides delivery tracking, such as Australia Post parcel.
