What happens when I place an order?
When we receive an order from you we will send an Order Confirmation email to you. It will contain the goods in the order, the address you have provided in the order and the payment method. We then pack your order and get it ready for shipping.
Of course we do not pack and send digital downloads. For digital downloads you will receive a separate email with the link to your download.
We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. When your order has been picked up by Australia Post you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is on its way.
You will receive an eParcel tracking number for your order. The tracking number and link will be sent as a separate email from Australia Post.
Please note that orders for either one or two pattern books are shipped via Australia Post large letter postage. Large letter postage does not provide tracking.
How long will delivery take?
We use standard delivery Large Letter and eParcel through Australia Post.
Standard delivery in Australia is 2-3 business days to metropolitan centres and may take an extra 2-3 business days to country areas. Really remote locations could be 8-10 business days.
Standard delivery to New Zealand, Europe and USA is 4-10 business days.
What does shipping cost?
There is no additional charge for shipping for orders of $30 or more within Australia. Orders for less than $30 have a post and packaging flat rate charge of $12.
Orders for shipping outside Australia incur a shipping charge. It is determined by weight and dimensions of the package and the destination. The shipping charge is calculated and displayed when you move from the shopping cart to the shipping, prior to checkout and payment.
